Message from the Principal. Learning Pack and Chrome Book Collection Monday 23 August

23 August 2021

HARD PACKS AND DEVICE DISTRIBUTION LEVEL 4 LOCKDOWN

 Kia ora whanau

Your child’s teacher will phone or message you to let you know about collecting hard packs or a device for your child/ren on Monday from 10am to 2pm. This is your only opportunity to collect in person. You are asked to park on Hunua Road and a staff member will let you through the school gate into the carpark. Numbers will be restricted to 10 vehicles at any one time. One adult per family is asked to collect the resources and you must wear a FACE MASK please and maintain 2 metre distancing.

Please wait in your car until you are asked to go to collect resources. You must also use the QR Code to sign in at one of the pick up tables or fill out the sign in register.

If you bring children with you they must stay in the vehicle. We will not distribute to children.

 HARD PACKS Junior/Senior School
If your child is in a junior class; Louise Faire will give out hard packs for Room 3 and Room 4, Room 5 and Room 6 from outside Room 4.

If your child is in a senior class; Ellen or Peta will distribute hard packs for Room 1, Room 2 and Room 10 from outside Room 2.

 CHROMEBOOKS
Unfortunately we only have limited chromebooks to distribute and these will be allocated as fairly as we can manage. I apologise to those who miss out but also urge you to sign up for chromebooks when lockdown is over. The classroom teacher will phone you if your child is on the list for a chromebook. PLEASE COLLECT A CHROMEBOOK FROM THE HALL

If you are unable to come to school please either email or phone me and I will talk to you about the possibility of a courier delivery. I am happy to discuss any other queries you may have. In the meantime stay safe and well and take very good care of yourselves.

Here we are learning at home again!  We will soon see if it will be for one week  or longer.

Look on the school Digital Newsletter page for messages from Raina. Here is the link: https://www.edmundhillary.school.nz/digital-newsletter

We can't send out the learning packs at Level 4, so have some fun planning your own day!

You can also look back on past posts on this page if you would like some things to do.
